General Registration Policy

  • Miami Online Soccer Convention exhibitor registrations are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other companies or future years.
  • Individuals MUST be 16 years or older to register for the Miami Online Soccer Convention and/or have access to the Exhibit Hall.
  • By registering for the Miami Soccer Convention, I grant Miami Soccer Convention permission to use my likeness in photographs and videos taken during the Convention. This permission is granted for, but not limited to, all United Soccer Coaches promotional material.
  • Miami Soccer Convention prohibits unauthorized recording of all lectures, meetings, and field sessions.
  • I understand that I will have to provide a valid photo ID to pick up my Convention credential.

Cancellation Policy

    • All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Miami Soccer Convention via e-mail to soccerconvention@gmail.com. Telephone requests will not be honored.
    • For a full refund, you must notify the Exhibits Manager by 11:59 p.m. EST on October 10, 2020; . Refund requests will not be granted after 11:59 p.m. EST on November 1, 2020, no exceptions
    • Miami Soccer Convention is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels, or other similar vendors.
