  1. How can I watch the event presentations ?
    The Convention would be stream online from our website: soccerconvention.com
  2. Can I watch the event presentations once after it has ended ?
    The participants that purchased a ticket can watch the presentations live or the recorded sessions during 48 hours after the event ended
  3. On what devices can I watch the event presentations?
    The presentations are going to be available for all devices: desktop, mobile, and tablets. You can view the event live from a single device, per user, at the same time.
  4. In Which Languages can I watch the presentations?
    The presentations are going to be available in the presenters mother tongue and will include either English or Spanish subtitles.
  5. How do I register?
    You can register online by visiting our Registration Page (via the top navigation menu) or by calling the clinic office at 786-708-2366. When you register online you will receive a confirmation email with the access information.
  6. What is the individual pre-registration rate?
    The early registration coach rate is $59 if registered and paid in full by midnight on December 07, 2020. After December 08, 2020, the coach pre-registration rate is $79 – payment must be received by December, 2020. Registrations and payments received after that date will be considered an “At the Door” Registration and charged at a rate of $99 per person.
  7. What do I receive as part of my clinic registration?
    Registration provides you with a credential that gives you full access to all the Online coaches sessions as well as the Exhibitor Floor(Chat Platform).Your registration also entitles you to an attendance certificate, and special giveaways from our partners
  8. Do you have special rates for groups?
    Yes, groups of 5 or more coaches are $35 per person. No additional promotion may be applied to a group registration rate. Please click on the following link for information regarding procedures for group registration: Group Registration Procedures.
  9. What methods of payment does the event accept for Registration?
    The Miami Online Soccer Convention 2020 accept credit card payments online. The MSC accepts the following credit cards – MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
  10. What level coaches can benefit from this event?
    Our goal is to provide coaches with the tools, insights and cutting edge education to become better coaches. We seek to offer a range of sessions that provide value to coaches of all levels – from youth coaches to premier travel coaches to high school coaches to college coaches. We select our presenters very carefully and develop a new clinic curriculum each year. We believe that coaches of all levels will benefit from attending the Miami Soccer Convention.
  11. Where does the clinic take place at ?
    This Year the Miami Soccer Convention goes completely Online! Classroom sessions & presentations will take place in virtually to “paint a picture” of activities/concepts for our attending coaches. We also offer special break-out sessions to meet and Chat with our sponsors .
  12. Is there a different fee if I can only attend one day?
    We only offer on day rate of $79 to either day
  13. Will I get a receipt for my payment so I can turn it in for reimbursement?
    When you register online, you will receive billing details (either completed or pending completion) for the convention in your confirmation email. If your  need further documentation, please email us at info@soccerconvention.com and we will send you a detailed invoice.
  14. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
    No refunds for the 2020 event registrations will be given since it is online. The event will NOT be cancelled for any reason.
  15. Who is presenting and will they change?
    We have some of the top coaches and Soccer staff in the world presenting at the Miami Online Soccer Convention 2020 – see the Presenters page on our website for details. Please be aware the presenters and program are subject to change.
  16. Do you have any special hotel rates for attendees?
    This years event is completely Online! No Need to book a Hotel
  17. When will the event’s Exhibitor Zone be open?
    The Miami Online Soccer Convention Exhibitor Zone will be open on both days during the entire convention (starting at approximately 9AM).
    Everyone will have an opportunity to chat and video with all our Sponsors.
  18. What type of soccer products will be available in the Exhibitor Zone?
    The convention has more than 10 exhibitor Online booths, offering everything from soccer equipment (balls, shoes, goals, etc.) to uniforms to fundraising concepts to soccer camps/travel tours. It is a great way to see all the latest soccer equipment and soccer-related products. Many exhibitors offer special discounts on their products during the event.
  19. What happens if there is inclement weather during the clinic?
    The event will NOT be cancelled, even in the event of inclement weather. To see any last-minute information regarding the clinic, please check our website, www.soccerconvention.com, and be sure to like our Facebook page for the latest news and announcements relating to the event.
